また、急、ですが…笑

今月末に急遽日本に一時帰国することになり、今回は歯の治療目的で、超短期だったので、後は実家でゆっくり～と思っていたのですが、やっぱり、一晩だけワークショップやることにしちゃいました。昨晩ふと思い、毎回お世話になっているともこお姉さんにメールをしてみたら、速攻の場所確保完了のお返事をいただき、毎度のことですが、その行動の素早さに感心させられ、本当に感謝しています。この場を借りて’再度お礼を…ありがとうございました！！

今回は残念ながら生音のクラスではありませんが、いつものような陽気でパワフルなクラスにしたいと思っています。お時間ありましたら、お誘い合わせの上、ご参加いただけると幸いです。

１クラスめは今回、みっちりサンバステップクラスにしてみました。

サンバのステップもいろいろあるので、３種類程この５０分間、ただひたすらサンバを踏みましょう～。地味ですが、じわじわたらり、と汗をかくはずです。笑　もしご希望であれば最後の２０分はご自身持参のヒールを履いていただいても構いません。その旨、予約時にご連絡ください。

２クラスめはウォームアップに始まり、その後は基本サンバに加え、いろいろな振りを加えて徐々に加えていきます。頭の体操にもなるかな。笑　クラスの後半はバイーアスタイルのサンバでストレス発散～！

初心者、未経験者いつも大歓迎です。

１日でうまくなることはちょっと難しいかもしれませんが、楽しみにきてください！
