皆様いかがお過ごしですか？
ほんとにまた急なことになってしまいましたが、今週日本に帰国することになりました。また短い期間ですが、その間にワークショップも開催することになりました。
急な告知で、皆様の予定ももう入ってるかと思いますが、お時間あるかたどうぞご参加ください。
また、今年はNAO's ZUMBAもやりまーす。
こちらは只今世界中で大人気のダンスフィットネスです。いろいろなラテンの音楽や、ベリーダンス、フラメンコ、レゲトン、アシェ等世界のいろいろなリズムを６０分のクラスの中で楽しめます。
こちらのクラス、基本は、見てやるだけ！です。
ので、未経験の方もどうぞお気軽に～。でもNAOのクラスですので、汗はばっちりかかせます。笑 （ダンス経験者も楽しんでできるはず～）
さて、その後はブラジルへ。
おなじみカーニバルサンバ、そして、サンバレゲエ、アフロブラジリアン等一緒に楽しみましょう。
最終日には、パーカッショニストを迎えてのクラスになります。
２日目には、前回意外にも人気だった、アフリカンムーブメントのクラスを行うことにしました。こちらはアイボリーコースト（コートジボアール）からのステップです。
NAO's クラスは未経験者、初心者の方、いつも大大歓迎しています。

You don't need any experience.
Specially for flash-mob song, easy to remember!
(I already tested out with my roomy who doesn't know how to move. hehehe. But she could do it and she said, "oh-, I can do it-! it's fun~! " ;-) )
